Xin lỗi Con – I’m Sorry Child

According to a 10-year-old study, Vietnam had the highest abortion rate in the world.  In 2008, officials proposed to return to a two-child-only law that they abandoned in 2003.  Abortions are performed at any trimester. Many times even at 7-9 months in development.  There are 10 fetus cemeteries throughout Vietnam.  Aborted babies are buried there almost daily.  Parents migrate to these sites to ask the dead babies for forgiveness.
