A new week and a new theme! Every week Tim Lytvinenko and Kendrick Brinson post iPhone photos as part of a challenge that involves you, dear photography lover. We post photos Monday through Thursday based on a secret theme provided by a photographer or blogger or anyone in the photo industry, then we wait for you to guess the theme and write it in the comments by Thursday. Every Friday, we will announce who guessed right first or who was closest. If you play your cards right, there might just be a prize involved. (Keep in mind, not every photo has to blatantly follow that theme, but all the photo clues together will spell it out.)
This week our quite interesting theme is from Andrew Fingerman. Andrew runs marketing for PhotoShelter, a fantastic company that makes websites and some killer tools that help photographers market, sell, and distribute photos online. (LUCEO uses PhotoShelter for all of our archiving.) Andrew’s the voice of PhotoShelter on Twitter, and just polished off a new free guide that LUCEO’s Kendrick Brinson contributed to to help photographers use social media. It’s a huge resource and you should definitely give it a read.
We have a winner! Erin guessed Andrew’s theme: Dirty Mind! It was a hard week to illustrate the whole concept, so thanks for all the great guesses! Erin, email Tim (tim@luceoimages.com) and we’ll send you a prize!

Great clues. No idea what the theme is, but whoever came up with it must be a freak.

Andrew… I think whoever came up with the theme was trying to test our PG-rating… or maybe they have a very, very creative mind and the photographers are freaks.
Or, maybe neither.
We’ll see on Friday…

I’ll opt for the latter and keep my cleancut image intact. Friday it is!
