Scandalous pole-dancing turned to good ole’ fashion booty shaking when the former strip club, The Gold Club, turned into the upscale dance club, The Gold Room.  A one-word twist on the previous name may not seem like much, but I imagine the police and investigators who shot down the strip club for it’s direct ties to a ring of prostitution would beg to differ.  I had the opportunity to photograph the scene at the new nightclub for Atlanta Magazine and had a blast.  Dark, moody atmosphere with splashes of color leaves me kind of like a kid in a candy store.  Here’s a few from my night clubbin’.
