I recently had the pleasure of spending a week locked in a hotel room in DC with some of my favorite lunatics on this planet.  It’s not too often that I find people that truly understand me on a deeper level, but this whole crew really does.  Not only that, but they inspire and push me toward growth in a way that I will be forever thankful for.  We also made time to connect with some great editors, curators, musicians and all-around wonderful people during our brief breaks from our business at hand.  Despite an exhausting week, I left feeling creatively refreshed and more excited and optimistic than ever about our direction as a company and a community.  A big thanks to my colleagues in LUCEO and all the other folks who made time to meet with us in DC.
