I spent a day and a half in Vegas shooting for my project and had a blast despite the suffocating heat. I believe I’ll end up going back to focus solely on the seediness and greediness, but just kinda wandered around with my eyes wide open this time around. With a motto like, ‘What happens here, stays here,” Vegas invites visitors to be someone other than they are with a promise to keep their secret. In Vegas, I found not only a plethora of individual establishments dressed up as other times, places and realities, but an entire city wearing a mask so to speak. Here’s a few from the exploration.
A big thanks goes out to Mike Davis for some edit help and reevaluation on this project. At LUCEO, centric to our organization is the concept of working together to achieve something greater than our individual parts.
