Each year we consider applications at our annual meeting in January. If you are interested in applying for membership, please submit a well-edited portfolio of no more than 60 images (1000 px at 100 dpi named in the order you would like the images to appear) along with a CV and biography. Caption information should be imbedded in the metadata and title slides at the beginning of a story or series to help during the review process.

Place the images and text files in a folder with your last and first name with no spaces (Example: SmithJohn) and either FTP it to our server – see below – or place it on a Mac formatted CD and mail it to the address below. Keep in mind these items will not be returned.

If you wish to send a portfolio book you must include a self addressed stamped envelope with the correct postage, UPS or FedEx waybill and the proper material to ship it back in.

The deadline for receipt of applications is December 20, but portfolios will be received throughout the year and held until the annual meeting.
